Ceppo di Gré is a sedimentary stone extracted in the Bergamo area, more precisely in a natural deposit on the shores of Lake Iseo. The dominant colour is grey with some blue reflections. Even though it has a heterogeneous and porous appearance, its composition is homogeneous, which guarantees reliability even in external installations. This material is a cemented breccia, derived from the debris of the slope of Monte Clemo, which were deposited in the surrounding concave area and then naturally welded: clasts of sedimentary origin conglomerated by a calcareous matrix. Ceppo di Grè is a solution currently highly appreciated for all design applications. Its natural appearance is suitable for various surface treatments depending on aesthetic taste and intended use. Excellent choice for flooring of large surfaces, stairs, cladding and facades, kitchens and bathrooms.
