Travertino Navona is a very elegant and valuable type of Travertine which is extracted in the Tivoli area, in the Lazio region. Widely used since ancient times, it is present in numerous monumental works. An example of this is the ancient “Fontana del Moro” of Piazza Navona, in Rome. This natural stone is characterized by a delicate ivory and cream coloured background, with white shades.
